If you're anything like me, you may have started the year off with plans to improve your life and new year resolutions to get your life together. Here are my 8 tips for starting fresh (and sticking to it) this year or any year for that matter.

I am a HUGE advocate of doing things that bring you joy because otherwise what's the point, right? So my advice is always this: take time for activities that make you feel good regularly. Moderation and mindfulness are key here - nothing is good in excess.


Whether it's taking a dance class, going for hikes with friends, or simply spending some quality time with Netflix (no judgment!), finding ways to relax and recharge will help keep you motivated as you work towards getting your life together this year!
